Create an Athena landing page

Access Athen via https secure web endpoint.

The system should display an empty screen with two buttons, positioned in the top navigation panel in the right corner - "Create Account" and "Login".

The login button should point to a new screen prompting for username and password.

Users - roles system roles

• Athena admin - can see all companies and do all actions.

• Corporate - system wide role - can create companies. The this role is assigned by the system on creation time after manual vefication.

  Company entity roles

• Company admin - can do everything within a company. Delete the company, add/invite/remove users, change roles
• Company accountant - can add/send invoices, mark payments, etc
• Company employee - read only
