Electra Docker image doesn't work #131

When files from the repository are copied to the atlas registry, all actions which are performed on publish (like TypeScript files transpilation) are not executed. This leads to application which doesn't work. Additionally, Dirigible project dependencies (git repoes) are not fetch which leads to errors.
