Remove all entries which are removed from the OpenCart DB #26

Currently, when an entry in a table is deleted, it is not removed from the Electra DB. For example, when a customer is removed from the OpenCart, the customer still exists in the Electra DB. Implement a logic which removes such removed entries. This applies for all tables which are replicated.

Currently, we will postpone this functionality. The clients could delete manually the data from Electra.
