Product URLs should point to real resources #68

Currently, product URLs point to relative paths like catalog/demo/htc_touch_hd_1.jpg. They should be real URLs to the corresponding images. For example: catalog/demo/hp_1.jpg should be https://dev.opencart-demo.eu1.codbex.com/image/cache/catalog/demo/hp_1-228x228.jpg
