Support OpenCart store default configurations #99

OpenCart has a configuration UI for the stores default configurations. System -> Settings -> Edit image image Consider to create a UI in the Electra which configures the OpenCart default store. Most of the store configurations requires Electra entities to be replicated first. List order statuses, stock statuses, languages, currencies, countries, etc.

Currently, this could be done manually in the OpenCart UI, once the mentioned entities are replicated to OpenCart.
