Adjust Docker images where needed:

Server:

releng/server/Dockerfile vs SAP-archive/releng/server/Dockerfile

Server Runtime:

releng/server-runtime/Dockerfile vs SAP-archive/releng/server/Dockerfile

Kyma:

releng/sap-kyma/Dockerfile vs SAP-archive/releng/sap-kyma/Dockerfile

Kyma Runtime:

Cloud Foundry:

releng/sap-cf/Dockerfile vs SAP-archive/releng/sap-cf/Dockerfile

We are decided:

to keep Distroless images ( test with Alpine )
use OpenJDK ( test with OpenJ9)
remove all debug ports and describe in wiki how to enable debug ports
use Spring deployment for images.
use and update PostgreSQL library in images to support PostgreSQL 14.
change in github actions to use OpenJDK
