[Core] Migration to Spring Boot #427

In order to use the latest Eclipse Dirigible versions starting from 8.x, codbex-kronos needs to be migrated to Spring Boot.

With the latest version of Eclipse Dirigible major improvements are expected, especially to the Synchronization process. Improvements in the memory footprint, bootstrap time, supportability etc., are also coming out of the box.

Note: As there are many (and also incompatible) changes, the PR won't be merged, but rather the content of the main branch would be replaced with the new content, coming from dg8.
