Add 'save_weight' method to client. #45

Hi, there. I'm working on extending your API to support adding ability to add food/exercises/weight check-ins etc. This is the first iteration, adding the ability to check-in with today's weight.

Let me know what changes you might want in it.

Hi there. Thanks for the feedback, seems like sensible suggestions. I'm not sure when I'll circle back to this project as I'm a bit busy at the moment, so feel free to make the changes yourself if you feel so inclined.
