Impact

I recommend adding a pause method to vaults of strategies that can be called through the manager or the controller.

In case of an undiscovered exploit user funds can still be protected with a team that has these methods in place. There are many cases where the damages have been mitigated by adding a simple pause modifier on key contracts.

I think it's the same as halting the protocol which already exists?
