Gas Optimizations

<ARRAY>.LENGTH SHOULD NOT BE LOOKED UP IN EVERY LOOP OF A FOR LOOP

-if it is a storage array, this is an extra sload operation (100 additional extra gas (EIP-2929 3) for each iteration except for the first),

-if it is a memory array, this is an extra mload operation (3 additional gas for each iteration except for the first),

-if it is a calldata array, this is an extra calldataload operation (3 additional gas for each iteration except for the first)

Caching the length in a uint (in stack) changes each of these to a DUP<N> (3 gas), and gets rid of the extra DUP<N> needed to store the stack offset
