M-05: Bypass whenNotPaused modifier

Comments

The original implementation has some places where whenNotPaused modifier is not correctly used.

Mitigation

PR #22 This PR includes fixes for two issues M-01 and M-05. The protocol team clarified the places where the whenNotPaused modifier should be used and should not be used. After the mitigation, I confirm that the problem reported in the original issue does not exist anymore.
