Mitigation Confirmed for M-09 #19

Fix looks good. Though this issue wasn't mentioned in the "Mitigations to be reviewed" section it is still mentioned in "Findings being mitigated". Regardless this issue has been addressed by using the rocketpool router, which swaps fully through the balancer pool for best liquidity.
