ADD-06: QA, GAS

This issue resolves several QA and gas issues.

PR #34

The mitigation includes:

Adding override to several state variables.
Cache values in variables to reduce gas.
Reduce approval to 0 in LeverageTransformer.leverageUp() as a safety check. This is commonly applied elsewhere in Revert and is a safe change.

All changes are safe and correctly do not impact functionality in a negative way.
