feat: Navbar #1

  1. created navbar using react and tailwind CSS.
  2. setup a different page such that our app.jsx file is clear.
  3. update readme.md by adding picture of different view (laptop, tablet and mobile view).
  4. also added a folder structure in order to get a clear view of this porject.
