Add initial curriculum and documentation to repo #1

From Dec 12:

[ ] update kcc-workshop with stack notes from below
[ ] add date done May 7/8 2018

From Oct 9 meeting, an immediate goal is to document the state of the project
Stack:
- Vanilla Debian install on pi
- Apache ++
- JSbin
Small number of Curriculum files
- Materials: Heavily commented HTML, JS, CSS

So I've been looking at the dump of files from the Rpi that @faraz2023 shared (also see #14), I see the materials for the lessons, but the remote is listed as this repo: https://github.com/khangchendzonga/kcc-workkshop,

Next steps:

@titaniumbones transfer that repo to code-at-the-edge gh organization
@dcwalk push the stuff you had on the pi to it,
tag it as the 2017 version ...and go from there?
