add new templates to webmaker #25

Looks like adding a new template to webmaker is pretty easy; we just need to create a json file in src/templates and update the templates list in src/templateList.js.

So, question: how should we use this mechanism? Do we e.g. need a new template for every exercise? Or is there a better option?

This seems like a wontdo right now? We didn't use webmaker for the trip so I'm wondering if we need such a specific issue here?

I'll close this soon if I don't hear a reason to keep it open, we can re-ticket as needed
