Wordpress search: If a search query result includes a restricted item, the restriction behavior is triggered and search results are bypassed #74

This issue makes the plugin unusable for us.

When a user runs a search query on the site, if the search results include any restricted page/content, then the restriction action is triggered, and the search results themselves are not reachable.

For example, we run an online medical magazine. We have one category of articles restricted to admins. If a general user searches "doctor" on the site, there are 50+ results, it's a common term on the site. However, if one of the restricted articles has "doctor" in its title, then when the users hits the search button for "doctor", the restriction redirect is triggered and search results are completely bypassed.

@reidwt - Timing was pretty good on this, please update to v2.0.0, use the new extra options for each restriction to change how it handles those content items in different contexts.

You can now choose to Hide or filter the content of restricted items within archive queries or sidebar queries etc.
