Priority sorting doesn't work after bulk delete #91

How to reproduce

  1. Create 5-7 items.
  2. Bulk delete the first 5.
  3. Try resorting the remaining 2.

Workaround

  1. Export remaining restrictions.
  2. Delete them.
  3. Import.
