Adds annotations, hereafter to be colloquially referred to as "Biscuits", to the end of the line of closing html tags. Such Biscuits could include ids and/or class names. Heretofore, where closing tags were indiscernible from their neighbors, they will now be properly demarcated with an identifier describing it's lineage in the document model tree. Make div soup digestible!
