Support Google Photos embedded Youtube video player

⚬ PROBLEM: Google Photos plays videos using an embedded youtube player, this is not picked up by the extension as the site is https://photos.goolge.com It has the same issue of wanting to play at 720 even on a 4k screen with a gigabit internet

Toggle to apply the quality setting to Google Photos by default

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Large scope, Google Photos has large user base, also might add some keywords to the extension listing in stores for "Google Photos" to increase customer base

• it depends how much of your screen height or width the player fills? 1/3 = 720p 1/2 = 1080p

Google Photos still Auto's the videos to 720p which is played by Youtube on google api...
