Add a toggle and shortcut for Ambient mode

⚬ PROBLEM: I have no use for Ambient mode and believe it uses more power and memory when enabled. I'm on a old mac, so I want to preserve power and memory usage as much as possible.

⚬ SOLUTION:

• A toggle for turning amient mode off as default.

• An entry for setting a keyboard shortcut for Ambient mode

  ⚬ ALTERNATIVES:

• An entry for setting a keyboard shortcut for Ambient mode, so it's at least easy to turn off.

  ⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Yes. 50% - everyone with older hardware and users who default to theater mode/have closed sidebar, as it doesn't work with that anyway (but might in the future).

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":
Less power and memory usage.

⚬ CONTEXT: Thank you for providing a great extension! Thank you!

• you can try disabling this with our "desert theme". - and if thats something you want gone always, from here whats missing is >just to copy paste and rename one of our buttons and to decide an appropriate spot below more important features (from #1892)

uBlock Origin custom rule that allows you to get rid of Ambient Mode:

youtube.com###cinematics :empty
