View dislike counts? Apply for Youtube API exception? (or use RYTD's API?) #2316

⚬ PROBLEM: Don't have an option to view dislikes

⚬ SOLUTION: Add an option to view dislikes

⚬ ALTERNATIVES: there is a chrome extension just for showing dislikes but it would be ideal if your extension also offers that extension

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Yes because you can disable it or enable it
