Add an option to disable the miniplayer #2353

⚬ PROBLEM: I use Vimium alot and when I accidentally press i twice the player shifts to the mini player

⚬ SOLUTION:
Add an option to disable the miniplayer altogether

⚬ ALTERNATIVES: nothing

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: I don't the mini player is particularly useful

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":
Not that I can think of
