Toggle to remove "Create" icon in the YouTube header #2363

Please add a feature to remove the "Create" icon in the YouTube header. I am aware of the "Hide right buttons" toggle which does work, but I don't want to hide the button that is to the right of the "Create" icon that indicates my user. Maybe there should be two separate toggles - one for the "Create" icon and one for the user icon and remove the toggle for "Hide right buttons"?
