IDEA: Public Subscriptions channel tab

⚬ PROBLEM: Since youtube removed "channels" tabs on channel pages i can't see channels public subscriptions :( Now it is only possible with 3rd party software and on TVs (for some reason)

⚬ SOLUTION:
Bring back "channels" tab, where i could see channel's public subscriptions :) Concept art: (Of course it would only work in the channel has "Keep my subscriptions private" turned off in youtube settings)

⚬ ALTERNATIVES: Related feature could be something similar to twitters mutual followers lable (shown below) It could show if someone that i subscribe, is subscribed to the channel im looking at

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: i think a lot of people could use this

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":
no (none im aware of)

⚬ CONTEXT: it was possible for a very long time. its still posible, its just harder
