'Hide Player Controls' issue -- Progress Bar not hidden

Bug Report:

• Description: (Clear/concise. Screenshot/Video welcome) The progress bar is not hidden when I choose "Hide player controls bar -> When paused." It only works the first time I select the option but not after refreshing the page, browsing another tab, or when revisiting the YouTube page.

• Steps to reproduce this: (Might only happen with a certain feature of our's enabled?)

  1. Enable the "Hide player controls bar -> When paused" option in the ImprovedTube extension.
  2. Play a video on YouTube.
  3. Pause the video and observe whether the controls bar is hidden.
  4. Refresh the page or navigate to a different video.
  5. Pause the video again and check if the progress bar remains visible.

• Since when?: When YouTube changed something? Through our update? I just installed the extension yesteraday.

• Browser:
  Brave [Version 1.71.123 Chromium: 130.0.6723.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)]

• Are any errors shown in the Browser-Console?: (F12-key, then console-tab)

• Does the bug not happen when you log out of YouTube? Then please copy your experiment flags list twice (with & without the error to compare). Enter: `yt.config.EXPERIMENTFLAGS` into the Browser console on youtube (F12-Key - Or find it in the html source(ctrl+U)
