add theater mode button on translation page #301

Due to new YouTube policy, translations made by viewers can only be approved by channel owner instead of the translation community. This delay/stop some translation being published because not many channel owners know/take the time to approve different translations.

Please add theater mode button on translation page so viewer can still watch videos with unpublished translations. (current translation page has no fullscreen/theater mode)

An extension may help this idea https://github.com/ettoolong/MaximizeVideo

In options of Maximize Video there is an option which can "Keep original video controls on Youtube" and it works well for keeping the elements on player (with added buttons from this extension) on normal youtube video page, but this option is not implemented on the translation page.

@wadawada makes create sense. unfortunately by now youtube.com/timedtext_editor is gone, is it?
