Option to show the stats for nerds screen while the video is loading (Buffering) #721

This could allow geeks to see for example, what codec the video is using while the video is loading or buffering and how good the connection speed is. This allows the user or geek to view the active connection speed while the video is loading or buffering.

This option will be completely ignored while "stats for nerds" is manually enabled. If it is manually enabled, it shouldn't go away if the video buffers (pauses and unpauses) while the "stats for nerds" screen is manually enabled.
