Enforce progress bar on video ads #91

I wouldn't mind showing video ads to support youtubers so I didn't block video ads but I would like to quickly skip those ads that I'm not interested in. Is it possible to 1 unlock the yellow ads progress bar, or 2 restore it to normal progress bar, or 3 add a new controllable ads video progress bar?

this script doesn't enforce progress bar (yet?), but it works very well to auto close ads without disabling ads, maybe can be integrated but I still think unlocking progress bar will be better than auto skip video ads

another way to do it is to use this https://github.com/ettoolong/MaximizeVideo but it requires some clicking
