Fix shape alignment #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select multiple elements on the canvas
2. Select an alignment method (e.g. center)

What is the expected output?
The Shapes are aligned. Nice. But the key element is the last selected element.

What do you see instead?
In Visio style the key element is the first selected element. we should align 
this to the usability 
known from Visio.

Please provide any additional information below.
The key element which everything is aligned to should be highlighted e.g. by 
selecting another 
color (light blue instead of blue)
