No window title update after first Save #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new process model
2. save it under some name

What is the expected output?
The window or tab used to edit the document should show the given new name.

What do you see instead?
The window or tab shows "New Process Model - Oryx" instead only after
closing and opening the process again, the name is correctly shown.
