SVG Export is not zoom independant #206

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a model
2. zoom out several time
3. export to pdf 

What is the expected output?
the pdf is as big as the model

What do you see instead?
the model is zoomed.

also, the print function should be adjusted!!!
