1.10.0 Snapshot gone #142

Looks like the 1.10.0 snapshot is removed from sonatype.

The sonatype nexus repo website shows that the main steamworks4j repo latest is 1.9.0, while gdx and lwjgl3 both have the snapshot.

Never mind. I just struggled to read the website.

Looks like sonatype was down too.
