Save the smaller Higher Power spritesheet #622

https://github.com/code-dot-org/dance-party/pull/617 asserted that pngcrush had been used for the new Higher Power background's spritesheet. The tool had been used and the smaller image had been uploaded to S3 for the tutorial to load from https://curriculum.code.org/images/sprites/dance_20191106/. However, the image hadn't been updated in that PR. It's now updated here.
