Added Icons to the top navigation #221

@readingdancer I have made the changes you asked for please have a look. I think the lint issue is being rectified by the bot in the last commit.

@codetheorem - Thank you again for your PR, I have modified it slightly so that it now takes an array of social media icons, that way each site can had different icons and change the order if they wish to do so. The demo site only has the GitHub link, so that's a good example :)

I also added a name so that it is shown on mobile instead of just a list of icons.
