Changing hover color of bottom right buttons #230

Small change related to @readingdancer's latest PR: making the hover color for the zoom in/out buttons and location button a little darker in dark mode, as it was pretty indistinguishable before. Below is a before and after when hovering over the location button. The new color is still relatively subtle (as I noticed it was pretty subtle in light mode), but more noticeable.
