Add copyright text and license logo #92

Have an idea for an additional feature?

We should add: (1) Copyright 2020 Code for Chapel Hill (scroll down on this site for an example)

I think this ticket is actually different to the ticket #52 as that one refers to the software license, however this ticket should be covering the copyright for the data we have collated. Hence this ticket is still valid and open to be fixed.

@KM-Hanson This is what I was mentioning via Slack earlier, I was wondering if the site should still have a CC license which would cover all it's content, rather than the actual platform which is covered by the software license on GitHub?
