Created edit modal to update table using backend and added API calls to update property

• Add edit button to each row
• Upon clicking the edit button, opens a form modal with the form filled in with the property's current information
• Changing any property data and clicking "Save" sends the updated information to the database using the UPDATE url
• Clicking cancel or clicking outside of the modal discards any changes made
• After the updated information is sent to the database, the page is refreshed (otherwise the user has to manually refresh the page to see the changes made)
  • Note: after this refresh, the updated information is not always displayed, likely due to a race condition

Hi @nhrafiq, could you add a PR description? Maybe some screen shots. Also the snapshots need to be rerun because of changes. So run npm test

click run all tests, then hit the continue key. Then there is another key you hit to update snapshots. Let me know if you have any questions!
