70 Top Navbar #75

Closes #70. Navbar converted to UX specs.

OK. I stopped being lazy and actually loaded your code up.

In here i would get the search bar to be full width (looks like its cut short by the close menu button.) Also the search bar could use some space at the bottom. Its a hair crowded.

I don't think we need My Houses anymore, and that will be taken care of by auth. Unless we want to change the design.

Looks good. I am seeing a little weirdness with the dropdown.

Its not amazingly lined up, and there is a warning.

But besides those small issues, I think its good to go! Those are just suggestions.
