Update preview url #80

The current preview url is to an outdated version of the app.

This PR updates the preview url in the README to the current version of the app.

PR is into master because it is a minor administrative change that shouldn't be held up by a release. It is labeled as hotfix because when it is merged, it should be brought down into dev.
