added button to nav to show that it is a dropdown #176

Thanks for working on this, @bryanmorganoverbey! I'm guessing this is intended to address #166. I'll test it and let you know if I can merge.

Hi, @bryanmorganoverbey - I like the down arrow icon you chose, but at least for me it doesn't drop down when I click it. I can only get the drop down when I click on the words. Would you be wiling to make them both work to expand?

@combinatorist are you sure though? Because it works when I did it in Chrome and Safari.

You're right. I was using a non-standard Mozilla-based browser, but it worked when I tried Chrome!
