Hi,

I'm Mark. I'm following the welcome wiki which told me to create an issue asking how I can help. I've done very little JavaScript coding, but I've done extensive coding in Java, C++, and Android, so I could probably pick up small- to medium-sized tasks and muddle through.

How can I help?

Hi Mark, just look through the issues and pick one youd like to work on. Fork the code-for-nashville/inclucivics repository and make your changes to your local fork. Then when you're ready, make a pull request by merging your fork to the master branch of this project.

Hi @mdelders! Thanks so much for doing the welcome wiki and finding this project!

Our highest priority with this project is actually data analysis now that we have severals years of data, so we're not doing a lot of work on the current UI, but here are a subset of the tickets that are good to get started: https://github.com/code-for-nashville/inclucivics/labels/good%20first%20issue.
