If you have a webpage rendering issue (aka bug in QtWebKit) it should be
filed on bugs.webkit.org. If you are unsure you can file it here and we
will let you know.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Arora 0.10.1 with Ubuntu. I can access hotmail but some links don't
work - can't
open messages on inbox and can't compose new messages. From other pages within
hotmail system, I am able to do both.
2. Instead of opening the mesage template or email, there is no response
whatsoever for
left clicking on what should be live links. When I right click, I get the
option to open in
new tab or window, but this does not resolve the issue - see below.
3. Seems to be a known bug - see "Issue 304: Hotmail.com: clicking on a
javascript link
doesn't do anything." is there a fix for this?
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Obviously, I's be expecting the message or template to open. This is possible
from the
windows live home page, but not from the inbox.
I get no response from a mouse click on the link. When I try to open a message
through
Open New tab, I get an eror message: "Protocol "javascript" is unknown." In
the url it
gives "javascript:;" as the web address.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.10.1-0ubuntu 4
Please provide any additional information below.
Additionally, I can't access the windows live website throught the link set up
on the
browser bar. It claims there is an error with the site. I have to fish for it
through google.
Also, when I open my account, I get a snooty message from Windows Live telling
me I
should switch to Explorer or Firefox! Cheeky, eh?
