Objects Randomly Flipped. #10

Sometimes I have seen objects created programmatically and their default
alignment is randomly flipped. I’m going to ask around about that.

This may be why HIV looked all inside out the first time I loaded it, but was
fine later... Thought maybe it didnt' like me trying to move windows and click
buttons while autoPack was loading HIV, but maybe it didn't like going from a
failed ePMV load and a failed autoPack Fill attempt straight into HIV which is
what I did that session... .maybe the partial ePMV load overrode something in
uPy that set the matrices to a different interpolation?

The issue is probably due to the SciViz plug-in not properly initializing
transform matricies upon node creation. For Christopher Diggins.

Potentially fixed in latest patch to Ludovic.
