Add Dynamic Viewer for .apr files recognized from database #24

For Ludo and Graham and maybe with suggestions for dynamic UI interface 
updating from Christopher:

add the ability to select from a library of .apr files for each recipe in the 
VIEWER Tab

For example, for the contest, when the user selects "HIV_0_1_x":
A box below that will offer them "version x = >{Dec13, Dec28, Feb7}
Three different .apr files to choose from.

Even if we can't make this dynamic with uPy, we can write it into the _init 
file to update the list upon updating the software... this will let the artist 
choose if they want the latest greatest, most scientifically accepted version 
of the HIV model or if they want to stick with an older one for their 
submission, and it won't make the Available Recipe list enormous by having 
redundant HIV models... only a pointer to which .afr file to use will change.

this is in part cover by the version and the load .apr system.
