Alpha 2 bugs #37

1) MSMSurf slider does not update unless you change Color By
2) CoarseMolSurf slider does not update unless you change Color By
3) Cannot load more than one copy of the same molecule... seems that the 3ds 
version does not try to relabel to 1xyz_2 etc, so 3ds reports an error after 
hanging for a while and then lets you continue.
4) Loading a multi-state model like an nmr file, e.g. 2kyz should add 2kyz to 
the data player, but doesn't
5) Clicking [√]Atoms on 2kyz load atoms for all 10 states at once (take 
almost 40 seconds do to that) – should only load first state.
6) Clicking [√]MSMS on 2plv crashes Max 
7) MaxPlus bug, colors don't update unless using OpenGl driver for Viewport 
preference drivers.
8) I still haven't been able to show that a selection (using chain for 
multichain molecule) works- the meshes never change.

All of these issues have been fixed except #7 which I've moved to its own new 
issue.  This is likely needs SciViz/MaxPlus help.
