Error loading plugins #3

i'm trying to be not strange as possible but the new installer (build 8678)
also
still not working for me .

i Tested loading the 4 plugins manualy from the plugins manager then i got this
errors  for each plugin :

"BlurDLX.dlx" : Dll <BlurDLX.dlx> doesn't implement the following functions
LibNumberClasses .
LibClassDesc .

"blurPython24.dlx" : failed to initialize Error Code 126- The specified
module could
not be found .

"blurRegex.dlx" : Dll <blurRegex.dlx> doesn't implement the following functions
LibNumberClasses .
LibClassDesc .

"TransformCache.dlc" : this plugin is already loaded.

I have a related problem, trying to use 'blurPython24.dlx' (build 8678) with
3dsmax2009, I have the following message :

Dll <blurPython24.dlx> doesn't implement the following functions
LibNumberClasses .
LibClassDesc .

These functions are effectively not exported from the DLL, confirmed using 
Dependency
Walker tool.

Is the source code available ? This would be easy enough to fix.

I using 2009x32 too, I using "BlurOffline2009_python24_x32_install_9446.exe"
Is it newest? I copy all to my 3dsmax folder then run 3dsmax but plugin seem 
not load all plugin...only two "cachepoint and transform" dll in blur plugins
