Windows update breaks installation of build 11301_64 #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Install windows updates
2.Reboot
3.Launch Max

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Post windows updates, startup scripts in 
C:\3dsmax2011-64\stdplugs\stdscripts\baseLib start to fail with an "imgTagPlus" 
error displayed, py3DSMax will not load.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Enterprise Edition, 64 Bit, and Max 2011 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Re-installing seems to remedy the problem, though I could not tell you why...

scratch that, the problem seems to occur intermittently.

I should ammend this to a symptom of the newly filed issue 41. There is likely 
no issue with the windows update at all.
