Why is this feature needed?
To change the sorting order of the topics. Organization by alphabetizing.

What problem will it solve?
Finding topics faster when you have a lot of them, and you know a topic starts 
with an "B" like "baptism" or "Z" like "Zion".

Maybe it could be a right-click menu on the top-level "Topics" item. With a 
submenu of "alphabetically", "unordered", etc.
