av11n and mapping: Rusian Synodal Bible with Apocrypha don't work properly? #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get a RusSynodal Bible from
ftp:crosswire.org/pub/sword/experimentalraw/modules/texts/ztext/russynodal/ and
ftp:crosswire.org/pub/sword/experimentalraw/mods.d/russynodal.conf
2. make sure it's in the version comparison frame
3. open Hebrews 10:18 and note that this Bible shows a verse from Timothy.

One way to check if this Bible is in sync for a non-Russian speaker would be to
install a standard (though littered with typos and thus hardly usable for daily
reading) RST module at ftp:crosswire.org/pub/sword/packages/rawzip/RST.zip

For Russian users, this module is the only option for daily reading as it's
free from typos unlike the RST module. Maybe the problem is because of the
versification type it uses, or maybe because it has Apocrypha?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be in sync with other Bibles, but it's not. I'll check later if it
works with other sword software.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux, r1031

This is again due to a different versification (it is not expected that
anything from experimental will work properly until issue 95 is fixed).
However, I'm not sure that that will fix the versions in sync problem, since
support for different versifications will probably not include a mapping
between versifications (meaning Hebrews 10:18 will go to Hebrews 10:18, but
there is no guarantee that Hebrews 10:18 means the same in both versifications
- this can be a problem where things like Psalm numbers are different).
